In a conversation with fellow contestant Isha Rikhi, the actress spoke about betrayal, emotional attachment and why she now finds it difficult to trust people.
Kanika’s conversation comes amid growing interest in her equation with Kushal Tanwar, popularly known as Gullu, inside the Bigg Boss house.
